There's not much this way. You've probably already seen the barracks. Further south is a lake, and on the other side of the river is the battle dome.

I've heard about the Dome. I was... sort of thinking I would try to work with it later, because I heard it doesn't need to be just battles.

It's pretty straightforward once you get used to it. I don't use it very much myself, but I suppose it's rather impressive.
